How do I invite friends?
Once you are logged in to your Xyla account, navigate to the “Invite” page from the main menu. From there, you can choose to have Xyla send an email to your friend letting them know that you are requesting their participation. You can also send an invitation directly from your device via text message or other service.
What is a XylaGraph?
A XylaGraph is a graphical representation of your Friendship DNA Signature. Your Friendship DNA is made up of two hemispheres: Friendship Roots and Friendship Styles. Friendship Roots reveal how inherited tendencies might influence your friendships. Friendship Styles are all about how you are in friendship — for example, how you communicate, and what you need in friendship.
What happens now that I have my XylaGraph?
We will soon come back to you with ways to use the XylaGraph to learn more about yourself and your friendships. We may even have more questions and more information about friendship for you!
Why do some of the questions seem hard to answer?
We understand, and frankly it is kind of on purpose. We have a lot to figure out. As we learn more about friendship, we will change these questions and answers and make new ones. If you feel stumped by a question, don’t stress, just make a guess at what seems most like you.
Can I change my answers?
You can go back and revisit a question while you are taking the assessment. In general, we encourage you not to overthink answers and just keep it moving. Once you finish it, your answers will help us learn more about friendships, and will allow us to create your XylaGraph.
What do you do with my data?
We will use your data in two ways. First, we’ll use it to create your XylaGraph so you can learn more about yourself and your friendships. Second, your data will be anonymized and added to other inputs to help us learn about what makes friends, friends. Your data privacy is our utmost priority. See our Privacy Commitment for details.

How do I unsubscribe from Xyla emails?
You can unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by notifying us here.
How can I delete my account?
We would hate to see you go, but you can delete your account by logging in, navigating to your Settings, and selecting “Delete”.
